My name is John Christiansen  JC . I am the Principal of Taranaki Harcourts Real Estate. That is Harcourts offices in New Plymouth, Bell Block, Inglewood & Stratford in Taranaki New Zealand. This blog is a combination of my views and the views of Taranaki Harcourts. I run the Real Estate Agency with most market share in New Plymouth & in Taranaki. We are a large team of 50 salespeople, 3 property managers, 3 mortgage brokers and 10 administration people.

 

I am a married man with two adult children, a proud Taranaki native. I have started this blog to convey my thoughts and opinions on real estate in general and Taranaki real estate in particular.
